Workshop on Food Hygiene and Water Management in Mauritius
The University of Technology, Mauritius – UTM organised a workshop on May 3rd, 2024, on Food Hygiene and Water Management in Mauritius. The Officer in Charge of the Mauritius Food Standards Agency (MFSA) was one of the resource persons. He gave a presentation on the Role and Responsibilities of Different Stakeholders in ensuring Food Safety and Food Hygiene in Mauritius. University students, academics, industry professionals, government representatives, and consumer organisations were among the participants in this workshop.
