On Wednesday, 21 August 2024, the Mauritius Food Standards Agency (MFSA) kick-started the training of Food Business Operators (FBOs) on the Food Act 2022 and Food Regulations 2024. The training was hosted by the Mauritius Export Association – MEXA and was led by Mr. Gaungoo, the Officer in Charge of the MFSA. The objective of the training was to provide insights into the new food legislations to ensure compliance.
