On Tuesday 01 October 2024, the Mauritius Food Standards Agency started training of Food Business Operators in the Fast-Food Sector on the Food Act 2022 and Food Regulations 2024. The objective was to provide the employees with appropriate information for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the new food legislations.
